To Do or Dye Hair - Client Policy
1. Punctuality:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have a shortened appointment or need to reschedule. A late fee equivalent to the total service cost may also apply.
- Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Cancellation Policy: We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. To assist in this, reminder messages will be sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost. Multiple late cancellations will necessitate full payment upon booking your next appointment.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notification will be charged 100% of the service cost.
3. Deposits:
- Deposit Policy: In order to secure your appointment, a deposit of 30% of the service cost is required at the time of booking.
- Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show.
4. Payment:
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment forms, including cash, credit cards, Zip Pay, and Afterpay.
- Payment Due: Payment is expected upon completion of the service.
5. Client Conduct:
- Respectful Environment: We are committed to fostering a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for all clients and guests.
- Children: Children are welcome in our salon; however, we kindly ask that they are supervised at all times.
6. Confidentiality:
We take your privacy seriously and ensure that all client information is kept confidential. All customer records are securely stored in designated locations.
7. Grievances:
If you have any concerns or complaints, we encourage you to speak with a member of our staff. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues promptly.

Service Adjustments:
While we do not offer refunds for services rendered, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within seven (7) days of your appointment. We will be happy to reschedule you with the stylist who performed your initial service at no additional charge to make any necessary adjustments.
No-Refund Policy:
- Services: We do not provide refunds for services rendered, including but not limited to haircuts, color treatments, styling, and other hair services.
- Products: Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if requested within seven (7) days of purchase and only if the products are unused and in their original packaging.
- Deposit Policy: For certain services or extended appointments, a deposit may be required. This deposit will be applied toward your service but is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
